Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Electrical Technician for a global technology company in the building automation and industrial technology sector. This on-site role supports 24/7 plant operations from Dundalk, MD, leveraging 3+ years of electrical experience.

You will perform electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to maximize productivity, while documenting issues and recommending PMR improvements across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical field in the cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Must be able to meet on-call responsibilities as well as emergency call-out to support 24/7 operations.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Field of study in Electrical Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all electrical repair work, preventative maintenance and emergency call-out tasks on plant electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot potential concerns required to achieve and maintain maximum productivity.
• Make recommendations for modifying PMR job plans throughout the facility.
• Maintain reliability of equipment within standards.
• Document all problem solving efforts related to all repeat problems/issues.
