Benshaw Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver training on MV/LV motor control and drive systems. You will train customers, distributors, and internal teams, applying product expertise and hands-on demonstrations to ensure effective operation and service of our equipment.
Travel 15%–30% across the United States, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Service teams to drive product adoption and customer success.
As a Technical Trainer and Service Engineer in the Aftermarket Service Department, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs that enable Benshaw employees, customers, and partners to effectively operate and service motor control and drive systems across both medium- and low-voltage applications.
This role is focused primarily on technical training, knowledge transfer, and customer enablement across Benshaw's portfolio of motor control and drive products. You will serve as a technical resource for customers, distributors, internal teams, and sales personnel by providing product expertise, application guidance, and troubleshooting support.
In addition to training responsibilities, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Service teams to support customer success, product adoption, and technical problem resolution. In select situations, this position may assist with startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, or onsite customer support activities when specialized product expertise is required.
