Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking Electrical/Systems Engineering interns for the Mission Systems Flight Test division in Baltimore, MD. The program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to advanced systems as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualified students must be enrolled full-time and available for at least 10 weeks in Summer 2027, with a path to a U.S. government security clearance. Competitive hourly pay is provided, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Be a student enrolled full-time pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and will be enrolled Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks in Summer 2027.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills.
