The ideal candidate will lead system level controls, design embedded functionalities, and integrate mechanical and software systems. This position requires strong collaboration skills and a degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. The company offers a hybrid work schedule and a competitive salary range from $84,300 to $140,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in product development (Engineer II).
• 5–7 years experience in product development (Engineer III).
• 8+ years experience in product development (Engineer IV).
• Experience in system-level controls and electrification development.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical and controls at the system level.
• Design and implement embedded control functionality.
• Lead prototyping, integration of systems to evaluate concepts.
• Plan and execute system level validation.
• Support regulatory activities and compliance.
