Job description

We’re hiring Systems / Electrical Engineers for a Direct Hire opportunity in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a great opportunity for early career through mid level engineers looking to work on advanced rugged and embedded computing systems supporting defense and aerospace programs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2–8 years of relevant engineering experience
• Background in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a closely related field
• Experience or exposure to rugged compute, edge compute, system assembly, mechanical design, system integration, or system test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and technical teams
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Experience with 3U OpenVPX, VPX ATR chassis, or rugged embedded computing hardware
• Knowledge of SOSA, MOSA, CMOSS, or VITA standards
• Experience supporting airborne or defense electronics programs
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/MRP systems for inventory, procurement, or logistics
• Hands‑on embedded/rugged hardware bring-up and qualification experience
• A builder’s mindset with the ability and desire to learn across disciplines
