Job summary

NPAworldwide in Humboldt, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Engineer to ensure accurate configuration, documentation, and delivery of electrical control systems and transformer components.

You will analyze customer specifications, create CAD drawings, manage SAP BOM data, and provide technical consulting to Sales for correct product selection. Collaboration across teams and global travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics or electro-mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience with control systems and power transformer monitoring.
• Advanced CAD skills, preferably E3/Zuken.
• Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify electrical control schematics, wiring diagrams, and order documentation using CAD systems (E3/Zuken preferred).
• Transfer and detail configuration data into the Order BOM (BOM) within SAP.
• Clarify technical feasibility for special designs and provide application consulting to Sales Teams for correct product selection.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and maintain order processing tools (SAP product configurators).
• Manage amendments throughout the process chain and coordinate technical inquiries.

This role bridges the gap between customer specifications and technical execution, ensuring that electrical control systems and power transformer components are accurately configured, documented, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design Analysis: Analyze customer specifications, configuration data, and technical designs to ensure alignment with product capabilities.
• Documentation & CAD: Create and modify electrical control schematics, wiring diagrams, and order documentation using CAD systems (E3/Zuken preferred).
• BOM Management: Transfer and detail configuration data into the Order Bill of Materials (BOM) within SAP.
• Technical Consulting: Clarify technical feasibility for special designs and provide application consulting to Sales Teams for correct product selection.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and maintain order processing tools (SAP product configurators).
• Lifecycle Support: Manage amendments throughout the process chain and coordinate technical inquiries.
