Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Minnesota seeks an Engineering Technician to support electrical testing of medical devices. You will apply knowledge of analog and digital fundamentals and use testing tools to verify designs.

The role requires hands-on testing with oscilloscopes, multimeters and spectrum analyzers, plus data collection and report generation. Medical device experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiar with traceability and GDP documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting during testing.
• Support on test requirements, specifications updates and releases.
• Assist in troubleshooting during tests.
• EMI/EMC testing support and protocol work.
• Hands-on with testing tools: oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer.
• Data collection and review for tests.
• Experience with Minitab.
• EE testing verification and validation activities.
• Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.
• Experience in medical device development.

Skill Requirements:

• Familiar with traceability and proper documentation (GDP)
• Troubleshooting report during above testing support if any.
• Support on Test Requirements Specification updates and release.
• Support troubleshooting issues during the testing if any.
• EMI and EMC testing support (update/create protocol, execution, report).
• Hands-on with the testing tools (oscilloscope, multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
• Test data collection and review
• Minitab experience
• EE Testing Verification & Validation (update/create protocol, execution, report)
• Ability to read and review schematics and PCB layout.
• Medical device development and process
