Qualifications

Opportunity Overview

Electrical Supervisor based in Juno Beach, FL. 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). You will work with the EPC, sub‑contractors, operations teams, and other site personnel. Responsibilities include daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on progress, quality control, and safety. You will use Unifier to record, name, and upload electrical installation QC photographs and report directly to the onsite manager.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Verify that all drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate.
• Understand SCADA and fiber optics.
• Perform electrical and fiber testing (TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOCs).
• Work with the EPC, sub‑contractors, operations teams, and any others on site.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on progress, quality control, and safety.
• Use Unifier to record, name, and upload electrical installation QC photographs.
• Facilitate the Request for Information (RFI) process with the EPC and site engineering.
• Inspect equipment being installed to verify correct installation per scope of work and specifications.
• Review project completion documentation.
• Work with designated safety, engineering, and quality control parties.
• Help facilitate field commissioning and turnover.
• Create positive relationships with the EPC and others on site.
• Ensure that safety is the number one priority on all sites.
• Understand all company rules and policies.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within electrical construction.
• Knowledge of the latest electrical technologies and trends.
• Experience with electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.

WECTEC Staffing Services offers competitive pay to all employees. This position has an estimated base salary range of $70.00/hr to $75.00/hr, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
