Reporting directly to the General Manager in this full-time role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical personnel, coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
TheElectrical Supervisorwill maintain the facility in both safety and machinery; follow up with all issues in a timely manner; be able to work well with all members of management and act accordingly. The Electrical Supervisor will be in constant communication with the area managers about issues or needs and prioritize them to fit the needs of the company.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be self-directed, and be confident in their decision-making abilities.
