Job description

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced **Electrical Superintendent, Renewables,** with 5 or more years of commercial electrical construction experience, specifically in the installation of commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role requires daily on-site presence to lead field operations and manage the crew. The Electrical Superintendent, Renewables, will oversee field operations with a focus on providing leadership and quality assurance for solar projects. They will act as a key interface with clients, ensure the efficient execution of projects, and provide technical direction to the field team. They will also collaborate with Regional Leadership and Project Executives to support project planning, execution, and commissioning. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: **Supervisory Responsibilities** **Duties and Responsibilities** Participate in review and approval of electrical shop drawings, submittals, and commissioning plans, ensuring all testing requirements, inspections, and documentation align with project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure schedules, work scopes, and resource needs align with project requirements. **Required Skills and Abilities** We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player who demonstrates strong leadership and technical expertise in electrical construction and renewable energy systems. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members into future leaders. Proven ability to represent field operations effectively in client-facing situations.Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities. Proficiency in the use of current virtual design and construction software preferred.**Education and Experience** Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a preference for candidates who have overseen 25-30MW of commercial solar PV installations.
