Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 2+ years experience with a commercial electrical contractor.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring others.
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Asta, Bluebeam).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety per Safety Policy.
• Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job.
• Develop and update the project schedule.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors' field forces.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers.
• Maintain accurate cost reports.
