Job summary

Actalent in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead planning, layout, and execution of electrical construction on industrial sites such as semiconductor facilities and data centers. You will direct field crews, coordinate with BIM modelers, and ensure compliance with codes, safety, and project schedules.

This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining quality and progress against plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Electrical Superintendent leading 2–4 foremen and ~25 craft personnel.
• Experience planning conduits for industrial and data center projects.
• Proficiency with Navisworks Simulate for 3D model reviews and BIM content creation.
• Strong skills using Bluebeam for reviewing and coordinating construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and manpower needs.
• Plan raceway layouts and install wiring and panels per specs and codes.
• Review 3D models with Navisworks and provide layout content to BIM modelers.
• Direct electricians and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality.
• Inspect workmanship and coordinate QA/QC with the Quality Manager.
