Salary Range: $63.00/Hr. to $70.00/Hr.
Job Summary: The Site Superintendent is the on‑site Field Leader responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric Inc.’s entire production scope of work on an assigned project. This role entails managing all IBEW personnel on site, ensuring labor productivity, cost control, and the health and safety of all CEI employees. The Site Superintendent may also manage non‑union personnel in matrix roles, such as onsite Production support and administrative resources, facilitating seamless workforce integration to meet project objectives.
• Oversee and direct Production personnel on site, ensuring efficient labor utilization and alignment with project schedules.
• Establish strong working relationships with the Local Union office, verify that all project scopes meet the standards set forth in union agreements, and ensure hiring and termination practices adhere to CEI and union guidelines.
• Ensure all field employees on site receive accurate compensation in compliance with the Local Union Agreement and CEI standards.
• Enforce CEI health and safety protocols, MOPs, conduct safety audits, and promote continuous improvement in safety practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other trades and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and minimal delays, managing and communicating the CEI project schedule.
• Maintain compliance with CEI’s quality standards and project specifications, working with the Quality team to address deviations.
• Serve as the primary contact for on‑site project updates, providing progress updates, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions to maintain momentum.
