Job summary

Owen Thomas Group in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial and mission-critical projects. You will lead crews, coordinate with PMs and general contractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction with leadership at superintendent or foreman level, a strong background in commercial/industrial projects, and the ability to manage multiple trades and schedules to hit

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience with superintendent or foreman-level leadership.
• Strong commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical background preferred.
• Ability to manage large crews and multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, safety, and project scheduling.
