Job summary

Responsibilities

• Track material costs, storage, consumption, and orders to minimize overruns.
• Prepare, review, distribute, and maintain installation documentation.
• Coordinate with inspectors, utility companies, and the Inspection Department for project completion.
• Address safety hazards and maintain a positive customer service environment.
• Maintain communication with general contractors, foremen, site management, and customers.
• Provide technical support and monitor codes, specs, installation methods.
• Visit job sites to inspect installation methods and quality of work.

Job description

• Monitor company projects in the field and ensure installations meet company standards and project specifications
• Assist Foremen with job planning, material and manpower ordering, and labor scheduling
• Review labor efficiencies, hours, ratios, and projected labor needs
• Track material costs, storage, consumption, and orders to minimize overruns
• Prepare, review, distribute, and maintain installation documentation
• Ensure company policies and guidelines are followed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and knowledge in electrical construction, design, and cost management as a Superintendent or similar role
• Experience in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods
• Mid- to high-rise building and/or high-end hotel project experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
