Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; equivalent construction-related experience will also be considered.
• 10+ years of utility-scale electrical construction and estimating experience.
• Valid Master Electrician license.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices.
• Experience estimating and developing bids for utility-scale electrical projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of all field installation techniques and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Safety-oriented; 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake necessary tasks to complete projects.
• Ability to function as a team builder and player.
• Capability to meet deadlines and collaborate with bid team members.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and provide support.
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in diverse climates.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance.

• Schedule and oversee crew workforce, equipment, and tools for optimal utilization and quality.
• Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution and accountability.
• Ensure all employees are current with safety policies and have received necessary safety training and equipment.
