Job summary

Trillium Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical site and underground construction projects in Chandler, Arizona. The position offers a pay range of $58-$62 per hour (DOE) and is a direct-hire opportunity.

The role oversees daily field operations, manages crews and subcontractors, coordinates materials and equipment, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical site/underground construction leadership experience.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, trenching, utility work, and quality control.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and crew scheduling.
• Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct JSAs.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, inspections, and documentation in Procore.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, inspections, and change documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and clients to keep projects on track.
