Powerfull Electric, Inc. is seeking a driven Electrical Project Leader to oversee day-to-day operations on luxury residential construction sites. You will guide field teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safe, high-quality installations that meet plans and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in electrical installation.
  • 5+ years in electrical or construction industry.
  • 3+ years in project leadership or supervisory roles.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade coursework preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license; Class A preferred or achievable within 6 months.
  • Electrical Hazard Awareness Certification and CPR/First Aid/AED within 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects.
  • Ensure safety, efficiency, schedule and budget conformance.
  • Maintain high workmanship and installation quality standards.
  • Verify installation procedures, materials usage and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and budget
  • Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and installation quality
  • Verify proper installation procedures, materials usage, and system performance
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop field teams
  • Evaluate team performance and support professional growth
  • Enforce company policies including safety, conduct, and uniform standards
Project Coordination
  • Communicate daily with Project Engineers regarding:
    • Scheduling
    • Materials
    • Administrative needs
    • Project issues that impact timeline or budget
  • Review plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper implementation
  • Support change orders, time & material work orders, and estimate reviews
Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain strict adherence to all safety standards and procedures
  • Immediately report safety issues, schedule changes, or workforce concerns to management
  • Ensure materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently
Client & Trade Relations
  • Maintain professional relationships with:
    • Clients
    • Vendors
    • Suppliers
    • Other trades on site
Knowledge & Skills

Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

Working Environment

This role operates primarily on active construction sites and requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Perform moderate to heavy lifting
  • Walk, stand, climb, and work at heights for extended periods

  • Operate tools, equipment, and construction machinery safely
