• Troubleshoot building and equipment electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment mechanical systems.
• Maximize equipment utilization by maintaining machinery to run at available capacity and speed.
• Follow up all work orders to ensure repairs and data entry into the maintenance software.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work.
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures and housekeeping.
