Job summary

Intrinsic Quality is seeking an engineer to design, build, and deliver automated test equipment and procedures. You will work with a team of engineers on hardware and software, applying circuit analysis, schematic capture, and instrumentation in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes developing software to control instrumentation, writing test specs, and collaborating with customers and vendors. First shift, full-time, permanent position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science).
• 5+ years related experience.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, C/C#, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with test equipment and test methodologies including DFT.

Responsibilities

• Write test specifications, statements of work, and procedures.
• Design test system hardware including instrumentation selection.
• Develop software to control instrumentation and hardware.
• Create schematics, block diagrams, BOM, and other documentation.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal project stakeholders.
• Manage project scopes and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Participate in peer reviews of projects.
