Job summary

• Lead and complete residential electrical service projects.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites.
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates.
• Represent the company professionally while operating a vehicle.
• Mentor and support junior electricians as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000+ annually (Base Hourly Pay + Performance and Efficiency Incentives)
