Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking skilled Residential Electricians to join a long-standing service leader in the DMV area.

The role offers substantial earnings with performance-based pay and strong licensure bonuses, including a signing incentive of up to $10,000 plus a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus. The position reports to our Rockville, MD location at least weekly and supports homeowners with reliable, smart electrical solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of residential electrical experience.
Active electrical license (apprentice, journeyman or master) required.
Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Commitment to delivering unmatched customer satisfaction.
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Confidence and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues with confidence.
Install, maintain, and service electrical systems and components.
Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
Apply knowledge of wiring, circuits, and home electrical systems.
Provide homeowners with smart, effective solutions.
