Job summary

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled Residential Electrician to perform electrical service, repairs, installations, and upgrades for homeowners across ARS’s national network. The role supports residential electrical service calls, generator installations, EV charger installations, and electrical system upgrades.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, install generators and backup power, and ensure work complies with codes.

Qualifications

• Valid electrician license (state-specific).
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and code compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Install and service home generators and backup power systems.
• Install and maintain EV charging stations.
• Install, repair, and upgrade electrical wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical panels.
• Ensure all electrical work meets national and local electrical codes.
• Communicate recommended electrical solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Deliver excellent customer service while completing residential electrical service work.
