DEAR Services in Kent, WA is seeking a full-time Electrical Service Technician to install and repair residential electrical systems. You will interact with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions, coordinating with inspectors and suppliers to ensure work complies with codes.

You will work in crawl spaces or attics, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand/power tools to complete tasks while maintaining a strong work ethic and positive attitude toward every customer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time job with a regular schedule.

As an Electrical Service Technician, you will spend your days working with your hands, fixing and installing electrical systems in people's homes. You will have conversations with customers to find out what they need and help them choose the right solutions for their home and budget. You will work with inspectors, suppliers, and your team to make sure every job is done right and follows the rules. Sometimes, you will work in crawl spaces or attics, always using your skills and tools to get the job done. Each day, you will show a good attitude and strong work ethic to every customer you meet.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of valid residential electrical experience
• Proven track record of successful plumbing service
• Your own tools
• Comfortable with a variety of residential electrical systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Ability to work in small spaces (crawl spaces and attics) and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid WA State driver's license
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work while abiding by all codes
• Ability to install electrical hardware and parts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
