MetroPower in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Lead Electrical Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in homes and businesses, following NEC standards. You will diagnose problems, recommend repairs, and represent the company professionally onsite.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of electrical experience, and a valid driver's license. Georgia license or apprenticeship is preferred.

Lead Electrical Service Technicians install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and associated equipment and materials while adhering to National Electric Code standards (NEC) or equipment specifications. Service technicians are charged with representing the company in a positive and professional manner while interacting with homeowners, business owners and operators and safely and efficiently use diagnostic equipment, hand, and power tools to identify electrical problems and recommend repairs. Technicians possess a solutions-based mindset and exhibit professionalism and analytical thought while troubleshooting systems and optimizing their knowledge, skills, and experience to satisfy customer needs. Technicians must have a strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, voltmeters, cable testers, thermal scanners, and ammeters.
