You'll work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional emergency dispatch. Dispatches originate from home to Raleigh-Durham area job sites, with no office commute. Competitive pay plus commission and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly to Raleigh-Durham area job sites from home to start each day.
• Engage with homeowners to assess electrical needs and present tailored solutions.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs in accordance with residential code.
• Manage a typical schedule of 3–4 calls per day with dispatch support.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN - ELECTRICIAN

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. There is also an emergency dispatch schedule. You'll dispatch directly from home to job sites in the Raleigh-Durham and surrounding areas, with no daily commute to the office required. Other than once per week for our service meetings

In this role, you'll be dispatched directly to job sites across the Raleigh-Durham area. You'll engage with homeowners to assess their electrical needs, present tailored solutions, and perform diagnostics and repairs in accordance with residential code. Each service call is an opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise, build trust with clients, and deliver high-quality workmanship. With a typical schedule of 3–4 calls per day, you'll maintain a steady, rewarding pace while being supported by a responsive dispatch team and equipped with the tools and technology needed to succeed.
