Responsibilities

Position Summary

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Work inside or outside with possible exposure to extreme temperatures and weather elements in restricted or confined spaces, and on slippery or uneven surfaces.
  • May involve working on ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and other exposures typical of heavy construction.
  • Operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; includes walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, standing, or stretching.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; move about on the feet, sit for extended periods, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • May require travel and exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
  • Effective spoken and written communication, hearing and vision required for tasks such as discerning color‑coded wires.
  • Must wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest) as needed.
  • Work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required; night shifts and on‑call duties to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
  • Work in the presence of customers and representatives with minimal interference or disruption to maintain a professional and courteous image.
