The Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and growing business opportunities across nuclear power generation and other industrial markets by providing technical sales support for electrical maintenance, testing, installation, outage services, and skilled workforce solutions. This role partners closely with plant leadership, maintenance organizations, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored service solutions that improve reliability, safety, and operational performance. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development and project execution. During scheduled outage seasons, this role may also perform hands‑on electrical field service work, supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at customer sites.
Hybrid role combining Office‑based sales activities, customer site visits, and seasonal field service work. During scheduled outages, may be assigned to hands‑on mechanical maintenance activities at customer sites, including extended hours and shift work. Exposure to industrial and radiological environments while supporting commercial nuclear power plants and other power generation facilities; strict adherence to PPE, safety procedures, and quality standards is required. Travel up to 50% for customer meetings, site assessments, outage support, and industry conferences. Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted access authorization for commercial nuclear power plants, as required.
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $121,000-$143,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi‑weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
