Job summary

Lighting Maintenance Incorporated is seeking a Roadway Lighting Helper to join our Roadway Lighting team. Start with 100% company-paid IEC apprenticeship training, hands-on field work, and a clear path for growth on our roadway lighting contract.

You will assist electricians, help install and remove light poles, foundations, conduit, and wiring, and gain certifications through supported programs while working outdoors and building practical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Maryland Class C driver's license with no points; truck-driving experience is a plus.
• Some electrical experience preferred and ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with roadway lighting repairs.
• Install and remove light poles.
• Install foundations, conduit, hand boxes, and wiring.
• Repair lighting outages.
• Follow Miss Utility regulations.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
