Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Electrical Reliability Technician to keep production moving by maintaining electrical systems, sensors, drives, and safety systems.

You will diagnose faults from schematics, install or upgrade circuits, perform machine safety inspections, and document work while coordinating with maintenance teams. Strong troubleshooting, independent work ethic, and knowledge of regulatory requirements are essential; relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance
• Fluency reading schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability alongside electrical skills
• Background with electrical installation and ongoing maintenance practices
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and machine safety inspection methods

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on production equipment from sensors to drives and restore operation with lasting fixes.
• Install or upgrade circuits, panels, and components to support new equipment or improved performance.
• Complete machine safety inspections and verify compliance with applicable safety standards.
• Capture accurate documentation of work performed and recommend improvements to procedures and PM tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance teammates as needed for cross-discipline issues
