Job summary

JoB Training & Coaching seeks an experienced Electrical Systems & Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability of electrical infrastructure within the oil and energy sector. You will drive condition-based maintenance and coordinate outages, working with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in relevant industries, a degree in engineering (PE preferred), and strong experience with electrical CAD, CMMS, and arc-flash modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology with a P.E. license.
• Minimum of four years in natural gas, petrochemical, downstream oil & gas, or chemical manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with electrical infrastructure reliability, plant outage support, and CBM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability of facility electrical infrastructure and diverse voltage systems.
• Develop and implement CBM programs for equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate electrical outages and maintenance to restore or upgrade assets.
• Review and update critical electrical drawings and schematics.
