Job summary

ESS Metron is seeking a QC Test Technician to join our quality team in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will inspect and test finished products, document results, and support root-cause analysis to ensure our power distribution equipment meets stringent standards.

Three levels (Technician I-III) provide growth as you gain expertise in hipot, functional, voltage testing and UL labeling. On-site Denver area role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for Technician I.
• Some undergraduate coursework in Engineering or related field preferred for Technician II.
• Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred for Technician III.

Responsibilities

• Champion a Safety First culture and promote safety awareness across the team.
• Prepare equipment for hipot and functional testing to prevent damage.
• Set up safety exclusion zones prior to energized testing.
• Perform hipot and functional tests on equipment to verify readiness for shipment.
• Conduct full mechanical and electrical inspections and document results in the QMS.
• Travel to customer sites to participate in investigations and document findings.
