Job summary

Amteck is seeking a QAQC Coordinator for our new construction division. This traveling position offers long-term opportunities, benefits, and a 401K.

The role supports growth and longevity within the trade and provides opportunities to diversify electrical skill sets through training in low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation. Candidates should have extensive experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to relocate between projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the electrical construction field.
• At least 2 years’ prior QA/QC experience in the field.
• A valid JM license or Amteck Certification is preferred for this role.
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and standards relating to electrical work.
• Ability to read, interpret, implement, and enforce the NEC.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Capable of using a laptop, tablet, and associated programs to perform tasks.
