Job summary

Amteck is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator for our new construction division. This traveling position offers long-term opportunities, benefits and a 401K. After completion you may move to another project within Amteck.

You will diversify your electrical skill set and receive training in low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation, among others. Requirements include 10+ years in electrical construction, 2+ years QA/QC preferred, NEC proficiency, and ability to read blueprints and wiring

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in the electrical construction field.
• Prefer at least 2 years' prior QAQC experience in the field.
• A valid JM license or Amteck Certification is preferred for this role.
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and standards relating to electrical work.
• Able to read, interpret, implement, and enforce the NEC.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Capable of using a laptop, tablet, and related programs for QAQC tasks.
• Able to read and understand installation instructions to ensure proper technique.

Amteck is currently looking to add QAQC Coordinator for our new construction division. This is a traveling position. We offer long‑term opportunities as well as steady work, benefits and a 401K. You will have the ability to diversify your electrical skill set with being able to learn others within Amteck. We have training for low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation among other skill sets.

Requirements Include But Aren't Limited To The Following

• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in the Electrical Construction Field.
