Job summary

Cummings Electrical is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction on our projects. You will drive QA/QC programs, ensure conformance to specifications, and collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues.

The role focuses on applying rigorous QA/QC practices, maintaining safety standards, and aligning execution with schedules. This position is on-site and requires adaptability to weather and on-site conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work long hours and adhere to on-site work schedules.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in extremely adverse weather conditions.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all pertinent environmental health and safety programs
• Monitor and administer the QA/QC plan or program to ensure that quality related activities or functions are undertaken on the projects
• Observe production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications are being met and contractual requirements are fully implemented
• Maintain controlled copies of Work Procedures Manuals and Forms
• Implement inspection criteria and procedures
• Conduct and document necessary field inspection investigations, and prepare and distribute timely associated reports
• Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality
• Make sure that equipment and parts are operating correctly as well as meeting industry and regulatory standards
• Participates in the development of procedures and quality improvement solutions related to specific assignment area
