Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a QA/QC Director to set strategic direction, governance, and performance standards for the company’s quality program. You will lead enterprise-wide QA/QC initiatives and drive a culture of quality excellence across projects, regions, and client engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (NFPA 70/NEC), and data-driven quality management. Travel to active construction sites and client meetings is expected as part of overseeing commissioning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Advanced knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and related codes.
Experience building enterprise-level QA/QC programs for large projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide QA/QC policies and procedures.
Lead QA/QC programs across multiple projects and regions.
Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
Oversee audits, inspections, and quality reviews on projects.
Partner with Operations, Safety, and Prefabrication to integrate QA/QC processes.
Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
