Oradeo Limited is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a Tier One contractor in Dublin. The role requires coordinating all MEP delivery stages from pre-construction through to commissioning, working closely with design teams and MEP subcontractors to ensure high-quality, safe project execution.

You will lead on design coordination, ensure compliance with the quality plan, and monitor progress while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Building Services/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or an Electrical trade qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Building Services coordination.
• Experience with main contractor projects preferred.
• Experience on Commercial and Residential construction projects advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical and MEP services.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with design teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle, including pre-construction, planning, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate design team information and technical details to ensure they are available in line with project delivery requirements.
• Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of all MEP requirements on the project.
• Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest Health & Safety standards.
• Inspect installation works to ensure compliance with the approved quality plan.
• Monitor project programmes and review the progress of MEP services installations.
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.
