Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for our National Projects Team. You will oversee the full lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule targets are met while upholding safety and client satisfaction.

Typical project values range from $250K to $4.5MM in heavy commercial and light industrial sectors, requiring strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership of multi-trade teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and related mechanical/civil/structural work.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites at least every other week.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision.

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is growing and seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our National Projects Team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse electrical construction projects across industries and locations nationwide.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. You’ll serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management
• Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and time management skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week
