Job summary

Coretxllc is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from design to installation in New Braunfels and the San Antonio Metroplex. You will manage timelines, budgets, safety, and coordination among cross-functional teams.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of electrical systems. Occasional after-hours work and site visits may be required to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and codes.
• Office and field-based work environment.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs.
• Must be able to visit construction sites and comply with all safety requirements.
• Preferred: Experience with small and large-scale electrical projects; Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from design through installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, milestones, and delays.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction/Pre-Fabrication departments on all projects.
