A major electrical contracting firm in California seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee all assigned projects, develop strong teams, and ensure profitability. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in electrical commercial construction, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and preferably hold degrees in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in electrical commercial/mixed use construction.
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician's license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong teams for each project while delivering quality output.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a group of approximately 3 direct and 10 total reports.
