Job summary

Clayco SEI is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Systems to lead electrical scopes on mission-critical, industrial, and advanced manufacturing projects from design through closeout. You will own the budget, schedule, and quality control plan for multi-million-dollar scopes while coordinating among design teams, field operations, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience managing electrical or process construction scopes ($20M+).
• Strong understanding of NEC and applicable electrical codes and installation standards.
• Proven safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience leading a project management team and managing budget/plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of electrical scopes including medium- and low-voltage distribution, equipment, and controls wiring.
• Develop and maintain project budget, schedule, and quality control plan for electrical scopes.
• Coordinate with design teams, field operations, subcontractors, and clients on project execution.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract management for electrical work.
• Manage cost reporting and job cost tracking for electrical scopes.
