You will oversee execution, coordinate with customers, vendors, engineers, and field staff, and provide hands-on PLC/HMI/drive support during installation. This role requires 7+ years in electrical, automation, or controls, strong budgeting and scheduling, and clear communication to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical, automation, or controls in an industrial environment.
• Experience overseeing engineering or automation projects.
• Hands-on support during installation and commissioning.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical for drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical and automation projects from kickoff through startup, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate activities with customers, vendors, engineers, and field personnel for successful completion.
• Design and commission industrial control systems for heavy industry.
• Support PLC, HMI, and VFD systems during startup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
