We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support and oversee our projects.**Job Summary:**The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.**Responsibilities:*** Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and forecasting reports* Review electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents and provide technical guidance as needed* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives* Conduct jobsite visits to verify safety compliance, quality standards, and project performance* Prepare and manage project documentation, including change orders, billing, RFIs, submittals, and closeout materials* Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for future work* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes and regulations**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered* Proven experience managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, codes, and industry standards* Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes* Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications* Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed* Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening**Benefits:*** 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurance**Equal Employment Opportunity, Drug-Free Workplace & E-Verify Statement**Hayes & Lunsford Electric is an **Equal Opportunity Employe****r**.
