Job summary

Cummings Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through closeout. You will act as the primary liaison for customers and vendors, manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and ensure quality control on industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction sites.

You will travel to project jobsites in DFW and North Texas, coordinate with purchasing, and resolve inter-group conflicts to meet construction goals while supporting safety and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• PM experience in industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction.
• Basic understanding of building construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customer, vendors, project team, and office support
• Owns contract, budget, schedule, project planning and execution
• Responsible for quality assurance and quality control for the project
• Ensures work is consistent with plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction
• Resolve inter-group conflicts, project conflicts and delays as required to meet project construction goals
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure that requested materials are expedited and received as needed for the construction of a project
