Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Electrical Commercial Construction.
• Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
• Experience with managing multiple complex, technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project team members including Engineers and Superintendents.
• Mentor and develop team members for fast-paced growth.
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Ability to create and support team morale

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

Tools

Prolog or similar project management software

CMIC or similar accounting cost management software

Primavera or similar scheduling software
