The role involves managing budgets, schedules, labor coordination, subcontractors, procurement, contracts, and project documentation. The position requires leading projects from planning through completion, coordinating field crews and vendors, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring timely closeout with quality results.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in electrical construction bidding, tendering, proposal preparation, and project reviews.
• Develop project risk mitigation plans and monitor construction safety, quality, and performance.
• Prepare project status reports, budget updates, and performance summaries for management.
• Coordinate multiple electrical construction projects and supervise project teams to meet contractual requirements and deadlines.
