Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and profitability.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, including budgets, schedules, material procurement, subcontracts, and manpower.
• Collaborate with VDC/BIM, pre-fabrication, and field teams to optimize project execution.
• Monitor subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control (QA/QC).
• Track costs, change orders, and project progress; report status to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or equivalent; 5+ years in electrical project management.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, change management, and team leadership.
• Proficient in project and financial software; knowledge of Spectrum or estimation software a plus.
