Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects in Salt Lake City. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience, with commercial or data center projects, and strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Commercial or data center construction experience preferred.
• Strong financial management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects through all phases.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications.
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and general contractors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and successfully.
