Job summary

Elite Electric, serving the greater Portland metro area, is seeking a Project Manager with strong electrical industry experience to lead projects from scope through delivery. You will review specs, liaise with General Contractors, manage submittals and changes, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of PM experience, solid knowledge of electrical codes and standards, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to drive projects on time and

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and estimates
• Manage submittals and change orders
• Source and manage subcontractors
• Coordinate with General Contractor to understand project objectives, deliverables, and expectations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
• Maintain Schedule of Values
