Job summary

Enercon is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead dynamic design teams, develop technical proposals, and manage projects from conception through completion. You will engage clients, oversee schedules and budgets, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality power facility solutions.

The role demands 6+ years in nuclear or power industries, PE or PMP where possible, and you will often travel to client sites while supporting business growth and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager
• Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
• Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
